Often fixing her fellow shinigami's clothing or hair without even noticing. She is serious only when it comes to feats of strength or battle. Most see her as ditz but those in her division are not fooled by this side. On the battle field her demeanor changes into something of a monster. Blood thirsty and cruel. Often laughing as the life force of her foe is extinguished. She throws herself at any challenge with glowing eyes, a smug look that is often twisted in cruel laughter. Her moments outside of the battle field and from other people are filled with relaxation. A lover of alcohol and hand rolled cigarettes. She is often seen smoking or having a drink if she isn't bugging her fellow shinigami.
Appearance: Body: Hinashi is tall for her thin figure. Standing at a massive is 6’7. Her body is skinny and tall. Her arms and legs aren’t the size of tree stumps but there big enough to hold muscle and fit her thin frame. Her body is tone from years of working on her fathers fishing boat and helping her mom in their orchid. Her tiny hands are strong from pulling fishing lines and callused from years of dealing with plants and fish. Her skin is tan from working outdoors year round and almost has a caramel color.
She has hair that is shoulder long and is drawn back. Her hair is a bright orange. Her eyes are a deep purple and when you stare into them you feel as if your staring into the deepest pool of water. Her breast are about c size, not the biggest but they are noticeable. Her waist and butt are small and tight. She has a small button nose and rosy cheeks. She is occasionally caught smoking.
Clothes: Hinashi wears 3 layers of clothing. Two light inner layers and one heavy outer kimono. The first layer is her under garments which normally are a bikini style top and a thong bottom. Normally both are a plain blue with brown mixed in a tie-dye effect. Her second layer consist of the normal uniform of a shinigami but with a few changes.
The entire outfit is covered with embroidery of curling waves and mountains. The middle is low cut reveling the top of her breast and the bottom is like a skirt and has a cut along the left side so when she walks it shows a good bit of her leg. Her final layer is a kimono. The sleeves are covered with pictures of waves curling along a beach. The front is covered with a picture of a mountain with a sun setting in the background with purple being the backdrop of the sky with pink and orange clouds looming over. The picture is split in two by the opening on the front. The back is a picture of waves crashing on a rocky beach. Even her socks are covered with pictures of waves crashing along the shore.
Her shoes are tight fitting to her feet and have the appearance of slippers but made out of leather instead of cloth. Her left ear has a single pierce with a anchor earring while her right ear has a flower shaped earring. Around her neck she has a silver fishbone necklace ((its not made out of fishbone its just the style. Like 3-1 or Cuban cut))with a fisherman’s cross. (A fisherman’s cross is a anchor with a spoke wheel and rope wrapped around it.) Around her wrist is a bracelet made out of aquamarine stones shaped like rose petals. Her ankle has a hemp anklet with Paula shell braided into it.
ZanpakutÃŽ Spirit:Kouseitan lives along a beach, white sand curving around a island large enough to hold a forest. Mounds of sand block the view from the beach to the jungle and a reef blocks off any means of reaching the ocean. Colorful fish of many shapes and sizes dart around the reef and the waves playing in the surf without fear. The smell of the ocean, salty but soft, mingles with the sweet earth perfume of the jungle. Jetties of rock stick out of the sand in irregular patters along the beach. Some sit in rows towards the water and some sit along the dunes.
A young girl with white skin despite the beach, long raven hair falling over her shoulders. Her face is normally fixed with peace. Resting often on the rocks in the shade and watching the fish play during the day. Her voice is as calm as the water around the island with a sweet tone like the smell of exotic flowers. Even with her young appearance the way she carries herself is that of a mother. Kind and caring, smoothing out pain and seeing the best in everything. Often the voice of reason behind any actions uncalled for. But like a mother bear protecting her cub she will protect the ones she loves no matter the cost or the action taken.
Sealed ZanpakutÃŽ : Four Shakus (About four feet) of blinding silverish blue steel that curves slightly. A single edged blade with a barb about a inch long sticking from the tip and pointing back towards the hilt. The hilt is wrapped in what seems to be a gray leather that is soft to the touch but has great grip. The guard is in the shape of wave continuously crashing in a circle. A ball of crystal the size of a walnut sits at the end of the hilt on the tip. The hilt is big enough for two hands but small enough to not be cumbersome. The crystal ball balances out the weight to make up for the short hilt. The sheath is a solid blue with a purple sash connected to the top and the bottom of the sheath. Hinashi keeps her zanpakuto on her back because of its size.
Shikai Description: The blade itself stays the same length but forks into a kind of twin blade on one sword. One side the blade is smooth but on the other five barbs approx a inch and a half long form almost like tiny shark fins. The ball at the end drops and a chain forms from the bottom of the hilt.
Shikai Abilities: Sirens Fog: Fog pours from the crystal ball at the end of the chain and covers the area, making sight difficuly. Noise can disappear, be enhanced, echo or noise that was not made by anything in the area can be heard. Controlling the fog Hinashi can form images in the mist. None have true form or materialization. It is just a trick to confuse opponents and the only effects on the mind are created by the person caught in the fog. It can cover a area as 100 meters long but sense of direction is lost in the fog as landmarks can be duplicated in the fog by Hinashi.
Judgement of the Four Oceans- The ball of crystal is launched at the opponent and once it makes contact it explodes into a cube of water that engulfs the target, slowly suffocating them. Chains from the ball wrap around the cube restricting it in place. It is possible to escape from the cube or dissolve it but if the chains on the outside are touched the cube implodes creating the same pressure as if you had gone a mile deep below the surface of the ocean. This move takes up almost all of Hinashi's strength and once it is used her shikai will dissolve and she will blackout. This move is only used in extreme measures.
Petals hiding in the Deep- Water explodes from the tip of Hinashi's zanpakuto and wraps itself around her. Swirling around with the force of a maelstrom it covers her entire body creating a shield from most attacks. When released it explodes in the direction she wishes , throwing water at such force it can cut skin, shatter bone and crumble stone.
Shimmering Mist- Using the water condensed in the air Hinashi can increase her jump by condensing the water particles under her feet, use it to move quicker by accelerating the particles movement, or use it to almost fly with limitations. She can use the particles to sense others even when she is blind or turned the other way. She can also condense water around a person causing loss of breath. She can also condense water molecules upon her skin making it glisten. This causes a short period of confusion. This is almost a passive technique since it activates as soon as she releases her shikai.
Echo- Using water molecules to reach a person's ear, Hinashi can emit a almost hidden sound from her zanpakuto from the crystal ball at thre end of the chain which turns a sparkling blue. A person unaffected with the water molecules cannot hear the noise but those who Hinashi wishes to effect with hear a high pitched noise that can cripple, cause vertigo, loss of equilibrium, and bleeding of the brain if its used long enough. Hinashi can only effect one person at a time
HammerTrigger- Using the water molecules in her body, Hinashi can absorb blunt attacks by spreading out the force done minimizing the damage done. Using the shock waves caused by the force, Hinashi can multiply the power of the attack done to her and turn it back causing damage to the one that caused it but slightly less than what was done to her. For instance if a attack against her would break bone, it would merely have enough force to fracture the bone on the other person if by chance their bone had the same density as Hinashi. Damage would still be done but to lesser amounts.
Fish Out of the Water- Sucking the water out of another body, Hinashi can cause dehydration at such levels that it can weaken the one effected to the point of death but to do so Hinashi needs to be able to maintain skin to skin contact for the duration of the transfer.
Shimmering of the Ocean- Using Water molecules, Hinashi can make clones of herself that can solidify but do no harm. One clone can follow her move for move and can be controlled independently. Two to three clones can follow her movements but only a step behind, Four to five can move but not as quick as Hinashi. Six and above must maintain minimum movement or the clones with disperse.

Bankai Description: (The appearance of you and the sword, assuming it still is a sword)
Bankai Abilities: (Your sword's abilities now that it is in its ultimate stage)
Family Younger Brother: Kenshi Oro'nyaba
Older Brother: Shinobo (Shino) Oro'nyaba
Father: Kai Shun Oro'nyaba
Mother: Lily Oro'nyaba
History/Background: Childhood:(Age 3-13) Her childhood years were spent either with her big brother and father out on his fishing boat or with her mother and little brother in the fields of their orchid. She loved the salty spray of the oceans and had an equal love for the plants she took care of. Her family meant everything to her and she always spent more time with them than with anything else.
Even though she spent most of her life working hard she managed to keep herself looking young. Blood sweat and tears made her strong as well as the salt from the sea and the dirt from the earth. When she was old enough her older brother taught her to surf. She learned to enjoy sliding off the top of a wave and slicing through the water. Her love of the water grew as she learned more and more about the vast oceans the made up the world.
She spent even the coldest winter days on the beach by the sea, watching the crystal clear water sparkle. In her 13th year she grew sick during the winter time. Stricken down with what was thought to be a cold turned into a sickness far worse. On the brink of death lying in bed with her family by her side. Four days of slipping in and out of this life. When her family had given up hope she broke out of her fever. Slowly recovering, her body weak and light from the sickness. She spent the better part of a year regaining her strength that vanished in a week. Slowly she was able to surf again, able to work in the gardens of her mothers and work on her fathers boat. While she was recovering, sitting in a chair on the porch of their home watching the harbor she saw faint white lights. Dots, small and large. Transparent white dots. As the years passed the dots grew into forms. The forms became more and more detailed. She took them for hallucinations caused by her sickness and nothing more.
Middle Years:(14-18) During her middle years she surfed with her older brother and helped her aging father with his fishing boat. One day her little brother grew sick and she had to stay home and help her mother take care of her sick sibling. Her older brother promised that he would be alright with her dad. She tried to tell them that a storm was coming but he just ruffled her hair and took off on the boat. Days past and she heard no word of her brother or father. The storm that struck seemed to come out of no where, and struck hard and fast. After the 5th day the search parties gave up hope.
A few years down the road on a stormy night her mother and brother disappeared. She walked outside to see her brothers head off his shoulders and her mother impaled with a large spike that seemed to be sticking right out of its arm. The beast shook the head, splattering blood all over hinashi's body and face as she stood, her eyes fixed on the beast. As it darted off into the ocean holding her mother and brother’s bodies in its monstrous hand. When it disappeared into the storm Hinashi made a silent oath to avenge her mother and her younger brothers brutal death. She had no idea what the creature was but she would find out.
She traveled around the country side for many years. She worked odd jobs, flirted for money. She was walking to a small shack she had rented when she felt a strange energy coming from down by the bay. She had felt it before. It called to her. It was familiar, but not a comforting familiarity. More of like that of impending doom. Without another thought she dashed towards the bay. She approached the bay to find a man in a black robe fighting something that looked like a fish with legs. It had the same white mask that the creature that killed her mother and brother had, only a bit different. Still she felt rage pouring through her body, The guy in the robe must of sensed her anger because he turned to look at her. His face darkened as the beast spotted her too. IT turned and started to sprint toward her.
The guy in the robes drew a long sword and jumped behind the beast. Before the man could reach her the beasts fin like hand knocked her to the ground. Hinashi could feel a sharp pain coming from her midsection and she could see blood pouring from her body. As the creature stood over her a thin white line appeared on its mask. As she slowly slipped into eternal sleep, blood pouring from her body she noticed the clothing on the man.
Rukongai: She had been in Rukongai as long as she could remember. Nothing about her past was visible in her mind. Her future was cloudy. She spent her days drinking at bars and working to cover her tab. She slept where ever she could. During the summer months she slept outside and during the winter she slept in kitchens. Her mood was up and down. Flirting her way into place after place. Many tried to force her to do things she would rather not do. Her form was frail but she was strong as a ox. Fighting her way out of messes that she caused. She lost count of the days that passed. Since she worked in kitchens to pay off her tabs she picked up cooking food and became quite good at it.
One night while drinking she over head a conversation between two men sitting close to her. As she consumed a glass of brownish purple liquid. As the light headed feeling came to her she listened carefully to what they were saying. A exam they were speaking of. If you pass you would get to go to some special school. Shinigami Academy. Nights passed and each night she head about this exam and this academy more and more. The more she heard the more it interested her. Soon she was drinking less and working more. Researching this academy day and night. Training with masters of sharpened steel and hand to hand combat. For years upon years she trained, In the arts of Hakkyokuen (Bajiquan), Hakkesho (Baguazhang), Chaquan (Changquan). She learned enough to know the basics, pushing herself to the edge of her strength. She had heard of spiritual pressure before but had no idea what it was. While her days were filled with training, her nights were filled with studying. She learned that spiritual pressure or reiatsu was an energy used within the soul society and training was almost exclusive to the academy.
Soon, she felt she was ready. She still had many questions to ask and much to learn but the only way to continue was at the academy. As she walked into the building for the exams she noticed the elegence of the design. Similar to the inside of Seireitei. White stone and wood made up the building. Rooms for training, classes, a open court yard and dorms made up the compound. Finally she reached the room she was told to go to. A simple wooden chair sat in the middle of the room looking toward a blank wall. She sat down and looked ahead. No sooner as her eyes glanced forward did she notice three others.
A women, with wrinkles and sun bathed skin. Eyes like ice, Blue as the sky that pierced her soul. White hair flowed down her shoulders and to her waist. She stood next to a man with hair and eyes as black as a ravens feathers.Eyes that seemed to swallow you whole. The third stood silent. A black and white cloak covering its body. Not even its eyes pierced the darkness inside the hood. Hinashi felt her body being ravished by their eyes. Not only her clothes being ripped off, but her skin, her soul was being peeled layer by layer. She felt their eyes looking at the deepest thought and secret she shared with her self, looking into her very being, who she was.
Seconds turned into hours. Her body shook, her brow was covered with sweat. The air was hot and sticky. She was unable to breath. The room started to spin, colors exploded in front of her eyes. Her skin was on fire, it felt like her flesh was melting off of the bone. She could hear voices. Whispering voices. But one stood above the rest. A calm gentle voice that kept her from going over the edge.
As her eyes came back into focus she looked at her arms. She gasped as she glanced over her entire body. The clothes she once wore now was replaced by a red shitagi, a white kosode with red stripes, red hakama, white socks and sandals. She stood slowly still dizy and spun around. Her new clothes felt light, she could move freely.
As her gaze turned back to the three standing in front of her she took her seat once more. Once again silence filled the room, thick enough to weigh down her. With every breath her lungs were filled with it until it was finally broken. A voice frail but strong broke through the silence and came from the women with piercing blue eyes. "Her will and spirit are strong." she said. Before Hinashi could speak the man spoke next "She passes the first test but will she pass the second."
Hinashi was taken aback. She had passed the first test but how. She had done nothing except sit down since she had gotten there. "What is the second test." She asked. "And..and when does it start." Her voice timid in manner, echoing lightly in the room. The hooded figure glided closer, seeming to float across the ground. A voice that sounded like wind passing through bone, rattling and whistling, sending chills down Hinashi's spine spoke. "You must land a hit on one of us before you are knocked out." Before Hinashi could react the man was in front of her. His knee driven deep into her stomach. Hinashi let out a cry of pain as she was flung back into the wall. Her body slammed against the stone, bits of white rock flying into the air cutting her skin and dust clouding around her.
As she slowly got up she smiled. Blood trickled down her lips and cheek. Her tounge, pink already from the blood in her mouth licked the blood from her lips. A smirk followed. Out of the smoke she appeared charging the man who had struck her first. Laughter ripping from her mouth, her fingers like claws as they struck against the neck of her opponent. As her fingers tore through air as his body shimmered. Out of the corner of her eye she saw the fist coming for her head. she jumped slightly and braced her shoulder for impact but a kick struck her in on her shoulders. Once again she flew through the air and struck the wall.
Her flesh met stone and blood, crimson in color splashed upon white. Her legs shook as she stood. She realized that if she had not jumped she would of been struck in the neck. This wasn't a simple test, this was life or death. The way any fight should be. She ducked as a pair of feet struck the area where her head once was and she rolled back. Her speed matched the male but the robed figure was quicker than she had expected. But she noticed that only the man and the robed figure attacked her. She saw the women out of the corner of her eye, standing still in the middle of the room.
She whipped her legs out balancing on her hands and spun around to face the women. All she had to do was land a strike on one of them and she had yet to make a move. Charging at the women, the sound of her feet slapping against the stone echoed through the room. As she reached striking distance she noticed the man coming at her right and the robed figure at her left. As a strike aimed at her mid section and a strike aimed at her neck drew close she laid a single hand on the women. Not forceful but gentle. It was a gamble but the second her flesh touched the woman's shoulder the other two stopped.
"You have passed the second test." said the man. "One must know when to strike with force and when a gentle touch is enough to finish a challenge." said the women. "One test remains." Said the robed figure holding a sheet of paper.
Hinashi took the paper and sat down. A written test also. What kind of academy was this she thought. As she filled out the paper she smiled. Blood still trickled down her lips as she finished. Wiping her lips on her hand she bowed before the other three and walked out of the room.
Soul Society Years: After her exam Hinashi scored fairly high and started in class 1. Her six years at the academy was filled with hardships as she worked to excel at all tasks placed before her. Even without a zanpakuto she still excelled in combat. Her lust for fighting almost unmatched. Her thirst for knowledge new and old was unquenchable. She studied Kido, tracking down those who knew the ones she did not and practicing over and over until she managed to have a light mastery over most. She practiced Hoho, zanjutsu and hakudo to hone her skills not only with or without a weapon, but to be precise, fast, and versatile. She learned to mix kido with fast chants with her combat skills. She trained night and day to master what she could in the six years she was at the academy. Every moment of light was spent training and when the moon was full she still didn't stop.
Day and night she worked till blood and sweat poured from the same pores. Red covered her eyes and dark purple circled her eyes. She spent every moment trying to learn something new. In the back of her mind a voice spoke. It tickled the back of her mind and she took no notice. Even when dreams took her to the same place time after time. A beach with white sand and a jungle as dense as her head. Even when the image of a young girl filled her dreams she took no notice. She took no interest in her dream, the meaning behind it left her each morning as she rose to begin training. After her third year the dream changed. Soon the girl was calling her name. After a few dreams HInashi began to wonder how the girl knew her name but Hinashi did not know the girls name. She didn't recognize the girl yet she seemed so familiar as if she has known her for a long time. She racked her brain for the answer to her question. But as she thought deep she still pushed the small voice in the back of her head aside. Soon the voice pushed stronger "Kouseitan". Hinashi still pushed the voice aside. The dreams continued as the days turned into weeks. Puzzled over the identity of the mystery girl in her dreams Hinashi started to listen to the voice in her mind. Each time she asked if the girl in her dream was named Kouseitan she awoke and couldn't sleep until the next night. Soon she began to question the dream. It was weird that she had the dream every night and the memory of the dream was fresh in her head every night. It wasn't until she asked if the one in her dream was the spirit that dwelled inside of her. Like always she woke up but this time was different. She awoke to a sword held tightly in her arms.
This entire time her zanpakuto had been staring her in the face. All the dreams she had about the girl and all the chances she had. "You should of listened to my voice" A voice said in the back of her mind.. Hinashi found herself having the same dream even after she had received her zanpakuto. And each time she awoke, she awoke with new knowledge about not only herself but about her inner self.
She studied for four years to receive her shikai which took form after long hours of training and studying and many dreams spent on the beach. As she slowly mastered her Shikai she started to look for a squad to join. Graduation came fast and even when she was finished she still trained harder than ever. Her thirst to be the best no matter what squad she joined drove almost to the point of insanity. Some called her a workaholic but what they didn't know is that because of her constant training her other side had no time to come out. Slowly through work she managed to suppress her other side with sheer will. Soon she was able to suppress it as long as she wanted to but allowed it to slip out when she was in the battle field. As she slowed down her training she started to relax more. Her mind turned to alcohol and tobacco yet training still held its place in her daily routine.
Roleplay Sample: A crash of thunder ripped across the dark sky, rumbling the ground below. Those who were out in the open took shelter as clouds as black as the darkest night filled the sky, rolling in over the city on a unnatural wind. The storm had come from the ocean but it appeared with little warning. The weather systems or the saltiest sailor could not detect its coming until it was too late.
Those out in the water were ridding waves 20 feet high while those trying to dock at the pier were slammed against the dock; to fall meant being crushed between the boat and the pilings. The wind ripped across the beach kicking up enough sand to shame any desert sand storm. Scientist were stumped on how this storm came to be. A storm this big had not been seen for years in this small little fishing town.
Across the seas, a few miles off on a small island that was off the coast of the small town, lightning crashed near girl with silver hair drawn back into a tight braid tied with a blue ribbon. She stood with her back to the brunt of the storm, lightning crashing around her frail frame.
Tears ran down her cheeks mixing with the rain falling around her. Ever flash of lightning made her blues eyes shine as bright as the moon that was above the dark clouds, ready to show the world its beauty. The look was not one of hatred but of sorrow. Her clothes were that of a simple blue kimono badly torn, in some places missing altogether. Areas where the pieces of cloth were missing were filled with blood from gashes in her smooth skin.
In her left hand a sword was grasped, her knuckles white from her iron grip on the hilt. The sword had a curved back like a katana, this side shaped like that of a rock but the bladed edge was like a wave. The edges curved, like the waves that cut across the ocean. The hilt was black with a anchor shaped guard, the tip of the hilt adorned with a blue and brown stones.
Her right arm hung limp at her side; blood dripped from her hanging fingers. Her small frame shook with each ragged breath, her body willing to give out against the strain that was placed upon it. Standing in front of her was a massive shape. Its image hidden by the darkness of the clouds and the falling rain. A bolt of lightning falling to the earth revealed the creatures shape. Rain dripped from its skin which was hard as rock but rippled like a disturbance in the water. Its arms and legs were long and smooth.
Its feet were long and webbed, its left arm was smooth all the way to wrist where a blade extended about 3 feet and curved at the tip. Its right arm was the same shape but where the blade was on the left arm was a fist the size of a small bolder, its knuckles jagged and dripping with a green liquid.
Down its right arm was a long gash that stretched from shoulder down to its forearm. When the lightning flashed in the sky again its skin seemed to be white and black, a gaping hole in its chest. Its face was a white mask that was long, skinny, and rounded like an oval; its teeth were crooked and pointy like a sharks
Its mouth was opening and closing as if it was breathing. "It seems like I will win tonight girl. Even with this injury that you have given me I am still able to rip you apart while you can barely hold your sword." The thing said in a voice that crashed like thunder.
"Brother you will not win tonight. You killed our mother and our little brother. I will make sure there deaths a paid for. You killed them without remembering who they were. You killed them with out mercy." The girl said with a voice meek but fierce. Her arm strained as she managed to raise her sword.
The creature lashed with speed almost as fast a the lightning itself. It knocked the sword from the girls meek hand which then flew in the air and landed a few yards away, stuck in the mud.
As soon as she steadied herself from the blow she jumped back to put some distance between herself and the hollow but she landed wrong. She landed with all her weight on her left foot. In normal, dry conditions this wouldn't of been a problem but the ground was soaked and slippery from the rain. Also her foot landed in a patch of clay causing to slip out from under her. She fell to the ground with enough force to knock the air from her lungs making her gasp in pain. The gasp wasn't just from the fall however. Mud, clay, sand, and salt from the nearby ocean soaked into her wounds. Mud caked her body, hair and clothes giving her the look of someone who had seen better days. Mud, water and blood mixed on the ground as she managed to roll on her back, rain pelting her face and body causing her cuts to sting even more. She cried out against the pain as the rain managed to wash away some of the filth that covered her body.
The hollow walked closer, its webbed feet slapping against the ground splattering mud. Its face loomed over the girls as a deep laugh ripped from its throat. It was if ten thousand nails were drawn across a black board at once, the sound bringing pain to her ears. It glared down at her with empty eyes, a long purple tongue licking its pointed teeth with bits of saliva falling onto the ground. "Before I devour you I wish to know your name." The hollow said with a ear splitting voice. "Hinashi Oro'nyaba" The girl said as she stared at the hollow with eyes that would make the strongest man fall to his knees and beg. "Well Hinashi, I bid you goodbye." The hollow said as he drew back his left hand, the blade gleaming. A wicked smile crossed the hollows face, images of a blood spattered ground and a bloody blade to lick dancing in his head. He drove his arm forward intended on impaling the girl. At the last second the girl rolled out of the way and the blade became in beaded into the ground. A smile that would shame any wide eyed kid crossed her face and a frown that would make a funeral seem happy crossed the hollows. "I see your death here and now." She said. She placed her hand on the ground as the hollow struggled to free its hand. "That which is under the ground, that which holds the remains of our dead, come and bind my foe." The ground started to ripple as if it was water and someone had thrown a rock into it. The earth around the hollow's hand rose up and circled around it's arm. Within seconds its entire arm was covered with rock and earth as it struggled to free its trapped arm, a look of fear crossing its face. "What have you done." It said with its ear retching voice.
All Hinashi could do is smile as she slowly picked her self off the ground. A few yards away her sword that was buried in the mud started to sink into the ground. Soon it was fully covered and disappeared from sight completely. The mud boiled where the sword had been as Hinashi bent down and placed her hand on the ground. He hand sunk into the earth like it was water and she pulled up her sword with her left hand. He eyes shone with new hope and life as she ignored the searing pain coming from the gashes across her body. She walked over to wards the captured hollow.
The hollow continued to struggle as the walk turned into a run and the run turned into a sprint. She shook her sword, cleaning it of any mud and dirt. The filth slid of the sword revealing the silver like blade. She raised the sword high above her head, lightning flashing in the distance. Jumping into the air she borough the sword down into a arc. Just as her sword was bout to hit its mark down the middle of the hollow's head, it's hand broke free from the ground and the blade connected with her sword. The force of the blow threw her back against a tree. With a loud grunt and a thud she fell to the ground, the wind knocked out of her by the impact. The hollow grinned as Hinashi fell to the ground. "See little girl, I am too strong for you. You might as well save yourself some pain and let me kill you now. I promise that it will be quick." The hollow said as it ran its long purple tongue down its blade like arm. Hinashi gazed at the hollow with pure hatred. She may seem small and meek, but she was no little girl.
Her right arm which was still dripping blood from the long slash down her flesh tensed up, her fist balled in anger the knuckles turning white. The hollow frowned at this new development. It realized that if this girl continued to live, it could mean the end of its own life. Charging forward, it sprinted toward Hinash, the long bladed arm dragging across the ground throwing out sparks. Its tongue hung from its mouth, drool dripping to the ground. Hinashi made one simple move. She tossed her sword into the air. Raising her hands, she made three simple but flawless hand signs. Dog, snake, and ox. The ground started to rumble around the approaching hollow making it stop in its tracks. A worried look crossed its face from its memory of its previous encounter with her earth style kido. It glanced around as four small mounds of dirt maybe two feet high rose from the ground.
A deep laugh was head from it as its eyes turned into tiny slits. "Is that all. Is that the best you got. You really are weak." It said as it started to walk toward Hinashi again. Hinashi caught her sword and raised it in front of her. Her arms straight with the point toward the sky and the sharpened edge that was like the face of a rock toward herself. A simple word formed on her lips as she turned the blade which was still pointed up sideways. The wave side pointing right and the rock side pointing left. "Crush." When the last sound of the word left her lips, the ground began to rumble once more. The four mounds rose up. The tops sharpening into points. The hollow only had a moment to realize what this meant as the four points drove themselves into his body. Green blood splattered the ground, trees, and Hinashi. The hollow struggled against the four pillars of rock that impaled his body. With each movement the pillars drove deeper into his skin and more blood sprayed across the field. Hinashi sheathed her sword and walked forward as the hollow stared at her with a face that was begging for pity.
"Wait, you cannot kill your brother." It said with a ragged voice.
"You are not my brother." She said. "You are evil that has tainted my brothers soul. When it is time, I will see him in the afterlife. With that said she drew her sword in a flash, the blade slicing clean through its white mask. The creature screamed in pain as a line of light formed perfectly in the middle of its mask, splitting it in two. Its body started to dissipate and the pillars of rock sank back into the earth. Rainbow pieces of light broke off from the creature as it dissipated into the night air. A young man who's body was like fog stood where the hollow once stood. "Thank you little sister." It said with a mournful voice. "Thank you for ridding me of the evil inside. I must go now. When the time comes I will see you in the afterlife." Hinashi cried out for her older brother as the ghostly figure dissipated altogether leaving nothing but a small pool of green blood. Tears flooded from her eyes as she walked off of the battle field and into the forest.
"Brother!" Hinashi cried out as she sat up in her bed back at the soul society. The memory of that day haunted her for the past 5 years. She wept openly onto her pillow as she went over each and every event, each detail in her mind.
