It was a quiet and peaceful day, at least in the parks of Karakura town; removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. Suddenly, some expensive car rolled up, a man in a suit stepping out. The man was Neo Ikasu, one of the biggest businessmen in either the living world or the spirit world. He had just finished up some lunch meeting with some famous person, and needed to unwind after all the commotion. Sighing, he locked his car and walked over to a bench, sitting down. "Man, being so successful sure is busy" he said to himself, relaxing on the bench. This park was usually a good place for Neo to retreat during the day when most other people were so caught up in the city. Sighing, Neo stretched out a bit and grinned "Sure is good to be on top" he said to himself.

A flurry of mist began to gather. The mist was blue. It began to gather into one, solid(ish) object. Then, as more mist began to gather, it ignited into a blue flame. The flame cleared to reveal the soul of a deceased man, roughly thirty years old, in a tarty old suit with a cane. Appearing before him, a butterfly flew off. "Hello, my kind sir.." Tenka spoke from behind the man, unsheathing his blade. The man looked terrified.

"Please do not be frightened. SOUL BURIAL!" he called, slamming the bottom of his Katana down on the souls head, and it too disappeared. "Well that was easy..." He said, turning and seeing the man on the bench. Ignoring him, he began to look for more souls

As soon as the hell butterfly appeared, Neo was able to sense the shinigami. Grinning, he threw his right hand in the air nonchalantly "Oh come now, is that any way to treat a person, just ignoring them?" he asked sarcastically. Normally, he just let the affairs of shinigami pass on by him, paying them no mind, but today he was just bored. "C'mon, are you just gonna leave me hanging?" he asked, almost laughing at what he was doing. All in all, screwing with some shinigami would be a good way to waste some time.

Tenka sighed. "Hello, sir. What can I do for you?" He asked, slightly bored. His tone clearly mirrored it, monotone and drone-like. The wind whistled around them as the cool grass beneath his feet tickled his toes. Sheathing his blade once more, he leaped over the bench to sit beside the man, watching the people with the hustle and bustle of their everyday lives.

Grinning a bit, Neo laughed a bit "Heh, there ya go, you know what they say; all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy." Clearly, Neo was referring to the shinigami's droll tone. "So, what do they call you, and while you're at it, what division are you from?" he asked. Because of his time in the seireitei, not to mention the info he got from his contacts, Neo knew all about the Gotei 13 and what not. Right now, he was just trying to freak this kid out about how much he knew about shinigami.

Tenka shrugged. He didn't quite care about what this man knew. "Tenka Inugami, Vice captain of Squad thirteen." He said, still sounding bored. "What about yourself, mister Ego? What do they call you?" He asked, picking up a rock and tossing it across the street. It startled a flock of birds whom quickly flapped their delightful wings and flew away, squawking as they did so. "Hehe.." He giggled slightly, finding it very funny.

Sighing a bit, he looked over at the shinigami "Damn, you are so boring, is this all you do, sit around and be a drone?" With that said, he looked back out towards the city. "And if you must call me something, call me N" he said with a grin. Quickly, he pulled out a pair of sunglasses, and not just any sunglasses, but a pair made by his company Silver Dragonfly Glasses Store back in the seireitei. Any shinigami worth their rank would be able to recognize the sunglasses, and their first question should be 'How the hell did you get those!?', but based on how this kid was acting, he wouldn't react.

He wouldn't, mainly because he didn't care. "Usually, when I am around boring people." he said, pulling his own sunglasses out, rumored to have been worn by Horatio himself. "When things get interesting, then I will react.. but until then.." He trailed off, staring into the sunset over the city the a lake.

Sighing, Neo stood up "Ok kid, you're starting to bore me, so hasta luego" he said, walking back towards his car. Once there, he turned back quickly "Well, hopefully you get eaten by a hollow or something interesting" he said, unlocking his car. Neo really hated such boring people, and really didn't feel like wasting any more of his life with this boring shinigami.

Tenka actually burst out laughing. "Me? Eaten by a hollow? That's.. that's ridiculous!" He cried, nearly dropping to the ground and laughing more. "You don't get made Vice Captain by being eaten by hollows!" He cried, unsheathing his blade. "Especially when you can devour them faster." He said more seriously, his words a dark, twisted echo of his previous laughter.

Grinning, Neo slowly turned around "Heh, so you think some rank makes you strong?" he asked, looking down at the shinigami's zanpaktou. Finally, he had gotten the shinigami to react. "Well now, drawing your sword on me, am I to assume that's a challenge?" he asked with a grin. Sure, Neo really had nothing to gain by fighting this guy, but he was enjoying messing with the shinigami. "Come now, I don't have all day to wait for your answer."

Tenka thought about it for a moment before replying. "A challenge...Very well..A battle seems like fun." He said, before raising the sword in the air. "Devour, Hitsubatsu." He said calmly, as lightning fell from the heavens and struck the blade, transforming it into that of a Mage's. "Cold light..." he said calmly, and disappeared from view. Now hell the hell do I move again? He asked himself, before charging forward, his blade aimed for his opponents heart... He hoped.

Grinning, Neo raised his right arm, his Zanpaktou materializing in his right hand, the sheath just falling off of it "Heh, collect, Oujou Sozei." With that, Neo's Zanpaktou grew, curving back at first, then spiking out to form a scythe-like blade at the end. Once his Zanpaktou was released, he quickly blocked Tenka's attack with his sword. "Now then, time to show you my trick, collect, Sozei" he said. Suddenly, his opponents Zanpaktou reverted it's self back to it's sealed form, and any powers his opponent gained by their shikai were lost. "Now then, how to use your powers" Neo said with a grin before dissapearing just as Tenka did, using his own technique against him.

(Note: you cannot release your sword until Neo either returns his zanpaktou to its sealed stated or releases his bankai)

Grinning, Tenka flipped backwards. This was going to be interesting. Any suggestions, Hitsubatsu? He asked his inner spirit, looking around and listening intently. Left. Was his only response, and he followed it, rolling to the left. Nothing happened, except perhaps for a flurry of wind. "Come out come out, wherever you are..."

Laughing a bit, Neo began to slowly walk towards Tenka "Heh, so these are your powers, eh?" he said, commenting on his powers. Suddenly, he appeared to Tenka's right, and quickly charged a small cero, firing it point blank at Tenka. "Heh, this kid isn't so hot without his powers, but let's mess with him some more" he thought to himself.

"Taking my zanpakuto abilities doesn't take away all my powers." He commented, before shunpoing away from the cero, to behind the man whom had stolen his powers. He could tell because no sound indicated he moved, and no reiatsu changed in the area. Pulling his sword back, he quickly plunged it in to where he expected the shoulder to be.

Laughing, Neo had expected the shinigami to take this option, and by quickly using shunpo right after firing the cero, appearing just a few meters away from Tenka. "Hmm, these powers are lame" he said to himself before using shunpo again to appear right behind Tenka. Quickly, he slashed at Tenka with his sword, becoming visible again. "Your powers aren't that complex my friend, just simple tricks...well, maybe a bit more than that" he said with a grin.
