SHINIGAMI
Name: Tu Se Chu Tung (roughly translated Poisonous Snakes Come out of Hole in Chinese) but most call him Tu Se
Gender: Male
Age: 24// 236
Personality: Tu Se is a shifty character. He is always the opportunist. A little greedy and creepy to be around; he is loyal to a fault. He is what most of us would refer to as a scoundrel, but he is our scoundrel. He doesn’t play fair and he cheats at cards. He is how very loyal to his few friends he collects and goes out of his way to help them in any shape or form cause he knows (thinks) they would do the same for him.
Here is an idea of what he would do for a friend: His friend really needs a lot of cash and fast. Some of his other friends off to do more work for money, some start a collection, Tu Se is starting a rigged game of 3-Card Monte on the street corner and giving the proceeds to his friend.
Appearance: Zanpakutô Spirit: Name: Pai Se Yao Se
Pai Se is dangerous spirit. She has a lulling trait about her that says, “Step into my Parlor,” then you never come down the winding stair again if you catch my drift. She is somewhat sensual in her speech and always alluding to something that makes people blush even if they had just asked what time it was. She lives in a well decorated mansion that looks like it came right out of an Ann Rice novel.
Sealed Zanpakutô : Traditional Tai Chi strait sword.
Shikai Description: After release the blade glows and drips a red liquid that looks like blood, but has a far more sinister purpose.
Shikai Abilities: Acidic venom: The red dripping from Pai Se is a strong acid that burns what it comes in contact with. Though it hurts badly the acid is not deadly and tends to evaporate seconds from leaving the blade. Primary use it blinding the opponent for a short amount of time.
Venomous Blade: Each cut from the blade introduces venom to the blood stream that causes the opponent to feel sick, have blurred vision, and slower reaction time. The more the cuts they get the stronger the reaction.
Release: Swim through their veins, Pai Se Yao Se
Bankai Description: TBA
Bankai Abilities: TBA
History/Background: When he was alive, Tu-Se was a Chinese monk, though not the best one. He had his many vices, gambling, drinking, ECT. Though his many indiscretions made him an object of concern for the head Abbot (Religious leader) of the Temple, his skill with a sword made him favorite of the Grandmaster (Martial Arts Leader) of the Temple. Though his skills were great Tu-Se was killed in the invasion of the temple that left it burnt to the ground and scattered the Shaolin monks.
Like most he started his after life alone, but nothing he wasn’t use to. He quickly put his “talents” to good use hustling folks out of their money and food by way of his favorite scam, Three-Card Monte. Quick hands, good Patter, and a number of “Aggressive Negotiation” quickly made him infamous in the back alleys and card table.
He was picked up and sent to the academy one day because some traveling Shinigami ran across his table in a back alley. Though they did subdue him he gave them quit a struggle to have been unarmed.
He spent many years training in the academy before getting accepted into the 3rd squad, but it was almost a home coming. Up early, swing sword for hours, do it again tomorrow. Just felt right.
His determination and natural skill helped him rise to the position of Vice Captain of the 3rd squad.
Roleplay Sample: “Nothing better then a good Wine,” Tu-Se said has he sipped his 4th glass of wine from his private store. His cheeks were turning more red with ever drink and his head was starting to spin. “Sometimes I wonder what life would be like without wine.” He shuddered as he finished his glass in a gulp and tried to stand. “Easy, Tu-Se. One…hic!... foot in front of the other.” He staggered and stumbled to his bed. The candle had burned low and was on its last legs when he snuffed it out. The waxing moon over head now the only light in his otherwise dark room stretched the shadows along the floor.
The bed moaned as he laid his tired body down and pulled the sheets close to his neck. He turned over onto his side and began to sing a little tune to himself as he drifted off to sleep.
