A Captains Day

It was just past noon, a normal day in the seireitei, and all was quiet. Well, as quiet as it could be in the bustling center of the seireitei's shopping district. Having finished all of his paperwork early, Ravana had left his lieutenant in charge while he went off to relax a bit. Looking around at all the stalls, Ravana couldn't remember the last time he had been able to take some time off. Even though Ravana did usually get his work done, he almost always spent his time afterwords training. Today, however, was a rare day for him, in that he decided to take some time out from his training to relax.

Walking down the street, he smiled a bit, enjoying being surrounded by all the commotion. "Man, it has been way too long since I have been able to relax like this" he said to himself. As he continued to walk, he looked at various shops, checking out their selection of foods and tea, and even alcohol at some places. Despite this, he was actually out for another reason. As a captain, he had pulled a few strings to be able to go to the opening of a new hot springs. Not only was it supposed to be the best in the seireitei, another factor guiding his decision was that it was a mixed spring, allowing both males and females in the same springs. "Hmm, who knows, maybe I'll be able to meet some hot girls" he said to himself, grinning.

Aki had been in his Vice Captains office all day taking care of his paper work since his Captain was too busy to do them himself. He got up poured himself some tea and finished the last bit of his paperwork. As he finished he got up and proceeded to stretch out his muscles since he had been siting down all day. He looked at the clock and noticed that it was just past noon and decided he he would go to the shopping district so he could go and buy himself and Sake and drink it with his seated officers.

"Well I ugess I should get going if I want to get that Sake bottle before its sold out."

He opened the door and began walking towards the shopping district of the Soul Society. He unlike most shinigamis was always in his shikai. As he walked down the streets looking at each store he began twirling a bit of water around his fingers until he spotted Captain Ravana. Aki walked up to Ravana and said

"Good afternoon Captain its quite rare to see you walking around."

Looking over at the lieutenant Ravana smiled and held out his hand "Oh, hello there, um, Lieutenant Akihiko Yuugao, isn't it." Unlike most captains, Ravana believed in a more formal hand shake as the proper greeting, even to people of lower rank to himself. "I can see I'm not the only one who finished their work early" he said with a slight laugh. Although he did not know the lieutenant personally, as a captain, he was expected to at least know the names of all the other seated officers. Ravana was about to ask him where he was going when suddenly, someone bumped into him.

Although not moved much by the bump, Ravana still looked a bit surprised. Looking over to see who it was who had bumped into him, he was surprised to see that it was a young female, quite beautiful at that. Blushing a bit, he quickly knelt down to help her up. "Oh, don't worry about it, it's quite alright" he responded as he helped her up. As he helped her back to her feet, he got a better look at her, and was barely able to keep from blushing seeing what she was wearing. "Er, I'm Ravana Ichiro, Captain of squad 9" he introduced himself, trying to sound confident. "And what might your name be?" he asked her.

"Its Vicaptain-Captain, Captain Ravana."

Aki said with a small sigh, and proceded to shake Ravnana's hand. He then noticed the small girl bump onto Ravana. As she feel down Aki noticed that her panties because her skirt went up as she fell. As he saw her panties Aki just stood there rather frozen in place with a slight nose bleed. He got a grip of himself and walked over to the girl and asked

"Uhh are you alright miss, oh and my name is Akihiko Yuugao but you can call me Aki for short if you want to."

When Andromeda went over to Aki first, Ravana almost fell down; it was just as always, he was the odd one out. However, once she got to him, that thought completely left his mind. Ravana watched her almost too intently as she pushed out her chest, and had to keep from drooling. It was then that a bit of reality hit him in the head. He was quickly bombarded by the thought "Remember Ravana, you always strike out with the ladies." Ravana, however, was already too caught up in Andromeda's allure to really listen to that thought. Ironically, this thought would have probably saved him some heart break latter down the road.

Quickly regaining his composure, he looked up at Andromeda's face, trying hard not to let his gaze go back down to her chest. "Well, um, I was heading out to go check out the new hot springs that is opening up today here" he said. Then, he had an idea "Hey, since I've been invited to the opening, I am allowed to bring one guest, and the new place is a co-ed spring, so, maybe you could come with me, um, if you wanted to that is Andromeda." After saying this, he blushed. He realized that he was sounding way too needy, but then again, he couldn't help it, he was a complete idiot when it came to girls.

Aki looked over at Andromeda he saw down her shirt and noticed her pink bra and looked at it for a few seconds. He then heard Andromeda's question and answered her. He then spoke out answering her.

"Oh well I am here to buy this certain Sake bottle to help relax for the day what about you Andromeda?"

He stood there for no more hten ten seconds until Ravana opened up his mouth and invited her to go to the Co-Ed hot springs. Aki then thought to himself. 'Very sneaky Captain Ravana but too bad I won't let this happen for I too have a free pass as the owner if a good friend of mine kukuku...' Aki was trying hard to keep himself from laughing out loud and went on to say to keep his cool composure.

"Ah the Hot springs what a good idea Captain well the Sake shop is along the way so why dont we pick some up and take it to the hot springs with us. That way all three of us can relax and have a good time right?"

Blushing a bit, Ravana couldn't even move while Andromeda hugged him. Despite that, he looked over at Aki afterwords, his expression saying "I am so going to kill you." Although somewhere inside the knowledge that he had no chance persisted, but because of her allure, and his own determination, he just wasn't listening to it. Smiling, he looked back at Andromeda, seemingly finding more confidence "Well, I don;t have any problem making a stop for you" he said with a wider grin. Before they started to head to the store, however, Ravana got another idea.

Quickly, he put his hand on Andromeda's shoulder "Say what, how about I go ahead and buy you the swim suit, I mean, as a captain and a decent person, I am more than willing to do so for such a lovely young lady as yourself." In his mind, Ravana didn't think he could be any smoother. The voice telling him that he was going to get hurt was completely blocked by now, and whatever happened would happen. With a smirk he looked over at Aki, as if to say "Hah, what now?" The sad part, however, was how hard he was falling for Andromeda's flirty trap.

Aki couldn't help but to face palm at Ravana. He was like 'What the hell is falling to hard to this girls flirting and hes a Captain. Makes me ashamed sometims to think that he is my superior.' He walked over to Ravana and Andromeda and said to them both.

"Uhh well it would be kinda of pointless to buy her a swimsuit since well swim suits aren't allowed in hot-springs. Besides why not show off what you got unless if you are trying to hide something rather err uhhh...small."

He looked up and noticed the sun had shifted slightly signaling that it was already one pm. He looked back at both of them and said

"Well lets get going since the hot spring is a quite a trip to get to, and that I need to get the Sake before they run out hahah."

Aki then began to make his way to towards the direction where the Sake shop was only glancing back at them and shouting.

"You don't want to get left behind now do you?"

All Ravana could do was look on with a flustered look. He was losing, and he hated losing. Quickly using shunpo, he appeared right behind Aki and slapped him on the back of the head (like Gibbs from NCIS). It was then that he knew that he would have to be cool, even though he probably wasn't. "Well now, some of us just don't want to rub off as perverts" he said to Aki. With that, he turned towards Andromeda. "Well now, since it's getting late and it might take little Aki here a while to get his booze, why don't you and me head over to the springs and let him catch up" He said, a grin on his face.

Usually, Ravana was the nice guy, but since he had to compete with someone else, he had to go against the usual grain of his nature. It really wasn't too odd of him to do this, bud since we all know he won't get any, it seems a little pointless. Grinning, he looked back at Andromeda after a smirk towards Aki. "So, how about you hop on my back and I'll shunpo us there in no time" he said with a grin "I mean, I am one of the fastest captains."

"Hmm it depends on how you take it Andromeda."

Aki said as he gave Andromeda a wink. He then looked up to the clouds and ran his hand through his hair as there was a nice breeze blowing right then. His mind began to wonder for a few moments about what might happen. Aki suddenly remember about the Sake and said to Ravana and Andomeda

"Well then I guess I shall you meet you two at the Hot Springs unless if you feel like coming with me because I honestly don't know what type of Sake I want to buy, and I don't know what you guys like to drink."

Aki was getting a little impatient since the he was worrying about whether or not he would get to the Sake shop in time to get their best Sake since it would usually sell out pretty quickly. He stood there and waited to hear what they would but in reality he really wanted to leave to get the Sake.
