Shikai Powers: Kibatsu allows Cecil to control Fire. His slashes create an immense amount of spiritual power which overflows from the tip of the blade.Cecil can also direct his slashes towards the ground and form a wave of Fire which rushes over his opponents, overwhelming and Burning them.
Kibatsu also has the ability to summon large fireballs in the sky that rain down on his oppenents, as the fire hits the ground it splashes up and around like a sea of firey water that flys at the opponent.

[History]
Cecil was brought up in a middle class area in the soul society, his father had told him countless stories about the Shinigami. Cecil's father was able to tell the tales only because he himself was once a Shinigami, Cecil was always intrested in one thing, and one thing only, and that was to become a Shinigami. Several years later it was the day of his 16th Birthday, his father and mother were off at the market, getting supplies for the little get together they had every year, A man had walked up behind them, it was a pickpocket. The man managed to grab cecils mothers coin purse, His father had noticed what happend, he looked at the man and begain to yell, the pickpocket grabed the mother, drawing a blade and putting it to her neck. The father begged that he would do no harm to her, but it was to late the pickpocket had slashed her throat and took off, the father imedietly rose with anger as he rushed after him. But sadly it was a trap..... several men surround the father and began to Roughen him up, Cecils parents both passed away that day leaving him an orphan, he walked out of the orphanage doors at the age of 18 and was determind to become a Shinigami. Cecil past through the exams and has been a Shinigami ever sense...

He layed under a tree, snoring slightly as Kibatsu was on his chest. A womans scream was heard not far from were he was, he continued to snore slightly, not noticing the scream. Kibatsu began to heat up slightly, as he woke from his slumber suddenly. "Ouch!..... What?! i'm up!".......The woman screamed once more, His eyes narrowed. "I see..." he leaped up and began to run in the direction of the scream, Kibatsu in his hand. He skidded to a stop as he stood infront of the shop "Whats the problem!?" he asked quickly "My husband! he's choking!" The woman replied quickly. As he sighed putting Kibatsu onto his back and walking over to the chocking man, Putting his arms around the man and squeezing him tightly. The man chocked up a large peice of bread. "Chew your food better....." Cecil said, releasing the man and walking to the door. "Thank you." The woman said hopefully. "Dont mention it..." Cecil replied as he walked out of the door and away from the shop.
