Personality: Andrei is cold, callous, anti-social, and a bit of a sociopath. He cares for no life whatsoever and only wants a perfect world with no violence, which the only way is to destroy the different dimensions. Andrei also hates his younger brother and looks down upon him, moreso than anyone else. He will gladly kill anyone who stands in his way, friend or foe. He has no regards for safety and will give his life to see his plans suceed. Also, he likes his coffee with four sugar cubes in it.
Appearance:
Andrei is 6'2 and 164lbs. He has white hair and light blue eyes. His hair is in a ponytail on one side that goes down to his mid-back. The front of his hair is cut evenly short, though he mainly wears his white military cap to cover it up. He carries his Zanpakutou on his left side.

Sealed Zanpakutô :
Shikai Description: Hasaki Ude (Bladed Arm). Andrei's arms become covered in a silver, metallic leather. On both of his forearms is a blade. The blade is housed inside of a specialized sheath that keeps the blade from hurting his arms.
Shikai Abilities:
Blade: Andrei's forearms have a pair of blades on them. Each one is a foot long and like an arrowhead in shape. However, the blades are kept inside of its specialized sheath. The blades can be launched from it and guided via a reishi wire or extended from the sheath. The blades can also carry an electrical charge. Also, the blades can be extended and the sheathes removed to act as short swords.
Energy attack: Hasaki Ude can create energy attacks from the red part of the sheathes. The attacks themselves are cero-strength, but doubled in speed. They are white in color. The attack's tragectory can also be changed, though only slightly.
Enhanced Speed: Andrei's speed is doubled due to the large concentration of Reishi and Reitsu at the back of his shoulders, as well as under the "funnel".
Windmill Blade: The sheathes on Andrei's arms begin to spin and the blades extend. The attack can cut through wood, flesh, some bones, and some metals. It can also be used as a shield for low-velocity attacks and some Zanpakutou.
Release: Split Them
Bankai Description: Shippou Inadzuma Kouchou (Silver Lightning Strike Armor). Andrei's body becomes coated in the same material. He gains two "wings" on his back as well as two more specialized reishi funnel systems.
Bankai Abilities:
Enhanced Blades: The blades become twice as long, and the cable's reach is extended as well. The blade can also carry a stronger eletrical current.
Enhanced Energy Attacks: The energy attacks' are now the same power and range as a Gran Rey Cero, but they have to be charged via the large "absorbers on his back. He can also fire the original energy attacks at double their speed without the charging.
Enhanced Speed V2: Andrei's original speed is quadrupled due to the Reichi boosters on his side and the Reishi concentration on his back and shoulders.
Fourteen Swell: This is the ultimate attack of Shippou Inadzuma Kouchou . Andrei will HAVE to seal his Zanpakutou afterwards, and he will be exhausted and near death or passed out. The attack releases a massive amount of pure reishi and reitsu, creating a massive explosion similar to that of a hydrogen bomb. However, the aftermath will cause what looks like layers of various colors emanating from the center. However, this isn't its main ability. When it explodes, there will be zero reishi in the area, causing all Zanpakutous to become sealed once again if you are in the blast zone. Also, no kidou or cero/balas would be usable since there is no reishi and reitsu in the area. However, Sonido and Shunpo are able to be used for unknown reasons. It is twice the strength and size of the Seven Swell.
History/Background: Andrei is the elder brother of Tsubine Zarkonheinz. He was the original heir to the Zarkonheinz clan, but was banished when he was 18 due to reasons unknown to this day. While on his own, Andrei fought for himself, eventually becoming one of the first humans to commit genocide. He was killed by a group of constables when he was 23.
When he arrived in the Soul Society, Andrei quickly enrolled in the Shinigami Academy. He had a massive amount of Reitsu to him. His Zanpakutou was a rare armor-type and was able to counter most other Zanpakutous. He was quickly promoted to captain of the 3rd Division and achieved Bankai soon after. His Bankai became well known, with the silver armor. When his brother, Tsubine, joined the Gotei 13, it is rumored that it was Andrei's influence that made him the Lieutenant of the 13th Division.
However, somewhere far off in the Soul Society, a major event occured a hundred years ago. In a battle with a Vizard, Andrei used the "Seven Swell". The attack removed all reishi and reitsu in area and decimated a massive area. For this, he was put in the Maggot's Nest and awaited trial. He eventually escaped, making him the first to do so.
Afterwards, he became stronger and doubled the power of his Seven Swell to create the Fourteen Swell. He has used it once, and that was in Hueco Mundo 50 years ago. The attack created a large empty area now known as "The Void". It is directly in the center of the Forest of Menos. Andrei is currently on the run from the Soul Society and he is also plotting something devious.
